When couples enter therapy, they do so for a variety of reasons. Some may need help figuring out the next stages in their relationships, while others would like to reconnect after years of feeling like strangers. A successful couples therapy process aims to create insight and communication between partners, gradually enhancing each person's ability to have honest, straight-forward conversations with each other.
I’m not here to take sides, but to help clarify what is happening between you and your partner while also provide skills to communicate honestly, openly, and constructively outside of the therapy space.
